Qualifications

• GED or HiSET, non-graduate (required).
• 0–3 years of customer service or telephone operator experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to triage and relay information clearly and accurately.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a changing environment.
• Computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage incoming calls and operator-assisted calls.
• Assess requests and provide accurate triage and assistance.
• Relay messages to customers promptly and clearly.
• Provide paging services for internal and external clients.
• Activate emergency code teams and disaster response under supervision.
