The Client Service Specialist provides essential communication and customer service support in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week environment, working with patients, families, physicians, vendors, staff, visitors, and internal customers. The Client Service Specialist plays an important role in ensuring requests are assessed, triaged, and communicated accurately and efficiently.
