The Client Service Specialist provides essential communication and customer service support in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week environment, working with patients, families, physicians, vendors, staff, visitors, and internal customers.
The Client Service Specialist plays an important role in ensuring requests are assessed, triaged, and communicated accurately and efficiently. This position also supports emergency response by activating critical code teams, disaster response teams, and stat pages under supervision.
