Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and engage clients with courteous conversation while processing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach, identifying client needs and referring to branch teammates.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; adjust workload per branch demands.
