Weed Man is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work remotely from home. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, with an hourly rate of $16–$17. The role involves handling high volumes of calls, texts, and emails while coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Administrative teams.

Responsibilities include resolving customer questions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer data. A friendly, organized approach with strong communication skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must. Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
