Job summary

Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital seeks a Client Service Representative to connect our hospital teams with pet families. This back-office role focuses on information flow, scheduling, and administrative tasks, with a friendly, professional voice for clients.

You will handle calls and emails, coordinate client needs, and support hospital staff while maintaining accurate records and a compassionate approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with animals is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Compassionate and professional, especially during stressful situations.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
• Customer service, veterinary, medical, or administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the Connection Between Our Hospital & Pet Families

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour

Do you love animals and have a natural talent for communication? Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital (HVSH) is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to support the connection between our veterinary team and the pet families we serve.

This is a back-office administrative role where you won't provide hands-on clinical care to patients. Instead, you'll be an important voice for our hospital, helping pet owners get the information, support, and assistance they need while keeping communication flowing with our veterinary teams.

What You'll Do
