Grady Veterinary Hospital in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our AAHA‑accredited 24/7 emergency and general practice team. The role involves greeting clients, handling calls, preparing patient files, and processing invoices and payments in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience as a veterinary receptionist. We value teamwork and compassion for pets and their families.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system.
• Warmly greets clients.
• Prepares patient files.
• Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records.
• Answers client's inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures.
• Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions.
• Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately.
• Prepares client invoices for services performed.
• Handles payment transactions.
• Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly.

Client Service Representative

$20.00-$25.00 hourly pay rate based on experienced

Specific Hours: Mondays 3pm-9pm, Thursdays 3pm-9pm, Fridays 3pm-9pm, Saturdays 12pm-8pm

What You’ll Do

• Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
• Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
