Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Competencies: customer focus and relationship building, problem solving and initiative, collaboration and teamwork, adaptability and agility, results orientation.
• Needs to understand customers’ accounts receivables, credit, and ROI calculations.
• Customer service capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio of small service agreement customers and house accounts.
• Prospect for other non-agreement customers to deliver growth.
• Manage T&M and Quoted Job pull-through with estimating team and proposals.
• Drive account management, including profiling, strategies, service delivery plans, and customer visits.
• Identify issues and communicate business goals for assigned accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Review weekly financial performance and propose corrective actions for underperforming contracts.
• Sell and expand customer base, achieving monthly sales calls targets.
• Assure equipment up-time and reliability for customers.
• Contribute to standard work cadence to meet customer needs.
• Support Account Managers with strategic customers.
