Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for an assigned portfolio of small service agreements.
• Prospect for new non-agreement customers and manage leads for growth.
• Drive new mechanical service agreements and service agreement renewals.
• Coordinate time and material opportunities with the estimating team and deliver proposals timely.
• Manage account plans, budget planning, and scheduled customer visits.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and monitor account performance.
