Job summary

Trane Technologies, a leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Client Service Representative I (CSR I) to support service work bookings and renewals for Commercial HVAC. You will develop sales skills and work with the sales team to identify opportunities on client-site projects.

This on-site role involves collaboration with account teams, handling renewals, and driving customer satisfaction while supporting growth within assigned portfolios.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with two years related experience and/or training, or three years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent communication in person, by phone and in writing.
• Proficient with telephone, voicemail, computer and office equipment.
• Willingness to work extended hours and attend customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Estimators in estimating and booking service work timely and in line with audit and compliance.
• Maintain and drive the Service Agreement renewal process including Salesforce management and proposals.
• Assist Account Managers with estimating and booking service work for strategic accounts.
• Identify issues and opportunities related to estimating and booking service work.
• Help manage accounts receivable for existing customers.
• Support timely growth of the department through effective service work booking.
• Create standard work/cadence to meet customer needs.
• Ensure opportunities are accurately entered in Salesforce and the sales pipeline reflects it.
