Hydrasearch is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Stevensville, MD team. You will provide customer service and inside sales support, handling order entry, quotations, stock requests, and inquiries, acting as the bridge between customers and our internal production and engineering teams.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hour
Hydrasearch is looking for aClient Service Specialistto join our team in Stevensville, MD! The Client Service Specialist will provide customer service and inside sales support for Hydrasearch customers. Responsibilities will include order entry, generating quotations, stock requests, and responding to customer inquiries. Strong communication skills with internal and external customers is highly valued. A successful candidate will be highly organized, will be detail oriented, have a professional demeanor and have a positive attitude. In this role, you are more than just a point of contact; you are a solutions provider. You will manage the lifecycle of client interactions, from initial inquiry and technical quoting to order fulfillment and post-delivery support. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our internal production and engineering teams to ensure every requirement is met with accuracy.
