H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage check-in, answer calls, and coordinate with tax professionals to ensure efficient daily operations.

This in-person role supports evenings and weekends during tax season. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into tax preparation or office leadership as you gain experience in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
