Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in client service or claims, a relevant license, and strong communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, with the ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience with a HS diploma/GED as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned group of client accounts and help grow existing relationships.
• Support Branch Managers, producers, and client service teammates with clear, timely help.
• Look for ways to improve retention, satisfaction, and revenue while keeping service steady and efficient.
• Keep details organized, answer questions, and ensure each client gets the right support at the right time.
• Look for ways to expand coverage, like adding lines of insurance or increasing limits when appropriate.
• Help protect existing business, ask for referrals, and support branch goals with follow-through.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Manage an assigned group of client accounts and help grow existing relationships.

About You

Required

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

OR

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
• Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Insurance knowledge.
• Solid financial acumen
