Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Service Manager in assigning tasks to the warehouse.
• Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports.
• Create and import flat files for inventory and shipping documents.
• Plan inbound materials and put away receiving.
• Monitor WMS to track SLA.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with warehouse teams and escalate issues.
• Collect data and photos as needed.
• Enter warehouse transfers of raw materials.
• Interacting with clients as liaison when needed.
