Bergen Logistics, LLC is seeking an Assistant Client Service Manager to support the Client Service Manager and act as a liaison with clients.

You will assist in assigning tasks, preparing daily reports, and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments while maintaining high service levels. Strong communication, organization, and a client-focused attitude are essential to succeed in this role at our Georgia facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Service Manager with daily tasks and projects.
• Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports.
• Create/import flat files for Inventory, ASNs, and Pick tickets.
• Plan inbound materials and coordinate receiving.
• Monitor WMS to track SLA and escalate issues.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams.
• Enter warehouse transfers of raw materials.
• Collect and report data and photos as needed.

Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Client Service Manager. This position is essential in supporting our Client Service Manager in day to day operations and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. In the absence of the Client Service Manager the Assistant Client Service Manager will fill in and be the liaison between Bergen Logistics and our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist and help the Client Service Managers assign job tasks and projects to the warehouse.
• Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports.
• Create and import flat files as needed (Inventory, ASNs, Pick tickets).
• Plan and track the inbound materials and put away new receiving.
• Monitor WMS system to track SLA.
• Communicate with warehouse teams and elevate issues.
• Intercept carrier packages as needed.
• Printing orders as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse Inbound and Outbound shipments.
• Communicate with the warehouse team and elevate any issues.
• Collect and report data and photos as needed.
• Enter warehouse transfers of raw materials.
