Job summary

Bergen Logistics in Rutherford, NJ is seeking an Assistant Client Service Manager to support the Client Service Manager in daily operations and ensure exceptional service to our clients.

In the absence of the Client Service Manager, you will act as liaison with clients, assign tasks to the warehouse, prepare reports, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and help ensure accurate data and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Service Managers assign job tasks and projects to the warehouse.
• Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports.
• Create and import flat files as needed (Inventory, ASNs, Pick tickets).
• Plan and track the inbound materials and put away new receiving.
• Monitor WMS system to track SLA.
• Communicate with warehouse teams and escalated issues.
• Intercept carrier packages as needed.
• Printing orders as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse Inbound and Outbound shipments.
• Communicate with the warehouse team and escalated any issues.
• Collect and report data and photos as needed.
• Enter warehouse transfers of raw materials.
