Job summary

Bergen Logistics is seeking a Client Service Manager in New Jersey to act as the main liaison between clients and warehouse teams, ensuring accurate, timely service and strong client relationships. You will analyze logistics requirements and maintain high-quality communication with internal and external clients.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office/Google tools, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Third Party Logistics experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Bergen Logistics teams.
• Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and monitor SLA.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Train new clients on using the WMS.
