Client Service Coordinator
SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, optimizes the productivity of the veterinary team, ensures clear communication with clients and staff, and provides a welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment. The goal is to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and directing client flow.
• Maximize the number of pets seen through efficient hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service, including client education about pet health and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet information entry, and scheduling.
• Manage financial transactions accurately and maintain proper procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
