Client Service Coordinator - Kindred Wealth Partners

The Client Service Coordinator reports to the Operations Director and is essential for providing a superior client experience. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Support Financial Advisors and the Operations Director with administrative functions for a large client portfolio.
  2. Engage in regular client interactions, including appointment scheduling and correspondence; handle incoming calls and direct messages appropriately.
  3. Assist in preparing for client meetings and follow-up tasks, such as assembling paperwork, generating reports, scheduling, and documenting outcomes.
  4. Process and service account paperwork and requests, utilizing paperless procedures like eSignatures where available.
  5. Deposit received checks and maintain a check ledger in compliance with guidelines.
  6. Maintain and update client information in the CRM database.
  7. Manage mailing lists for client birthdays, holidays, and marketing efforts.
  8. Order office supplies and act as the point of contact for infrastructure requests.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Client Service Associate.

Required skills include advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a good understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial products such as equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
  • Previous experience in an independent financial services environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Series 7 and 65/66 licenses are preferred or ability to obtain them.
