SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION: The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary team, ensures effective communication with clients and staff, and provides a welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment. The goal is to encourage client retention and referrals.

  1. Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc.: Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, and Freedom.
  2. Recruit and serve clients: Promote hospital services, ensure smooth flow of clients and pets, and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Educate clients: About wellness plans, preventative care, pet health, and hospital services.
  4. Assist clients: Complete documentation, enter pet information, and ensure prompt service.
  5. Manage finances: Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
  6. Perform administrative functions: As needed.
  7. Other duties: As assigned.
