Job Summary

The Client Service Coordinator ('CSC') manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary team, ensures effective communication with clients and associates, and provides a welcoming, friendly, efficient environment. The role encourages client retention and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and directing client flow.
  3. Support the hospital's productivity by maximizing pet visits and supporting wellness plans.
  4. Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service, including client education and comfort.
  5. Assist clients with documentation, pet information entry, and identification.
  6. Facilitate outgoing client instructions, prescriptions, retail sales, and appointment scheduling.
  7. Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  8. Perform administrative duties as needed.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
