Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures; maintain balanced records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, issuing checks, ATM cards, money transfers, and basic account maintenance.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referral to appropriate resources within the bank.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote banking products based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
