Qualifications

• This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering or customer service experience.
• Basic math, cashiering, balancing, debits/credits, and banking product knowledge.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies while maintaining balancing records.
• Identify client needs and provide services such as opening accounts, issuing checks, transfers, and more.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
