Vectra Bank in Centennial seeks a Client Service Associate (Teller) to deliver top‑notch customer service at the Centennial branch. You will handle transactions, open accounts when needed, assist with transfers, and help customers reach their financial goals.

The role is Monday–Friday and emphasizes teamwork, community focus, and growth opportunities. The position offers day‑one benefits and a base hourly salary between $20.00 and $22.50, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients’ needs by providing services such as opening accounts, handling transfers, issuing ATM cards, and more.
• Resolve clients’ problems directly or by referral to appropriate resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
