Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering, customer service, or balancing.
• Ability to cross-sell banking products.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policy and balancing records.
• Address client needs: opening accounts, checks, transfers, loans, payments, etc.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referrals.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
