Vectra Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Littleton, CO branch to deliver top-notch customer service and handle daily teller duties. The role supports opening accounts, processing transactions, and cross-selling bank products within a community-focused team.

The position offers 40 hours weekly with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for growth within a major financial institution.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in accordance with policies while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify client needs and provide services such as opening new accounts, issuing checks, performing account maintenance, and transfers.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referral to other branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
