Job summary

Vectra Bank Colorado in Centennial is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to deliver top-notch customer service at our Centennial branch. You will process transactions, support clients with accounts, and help them reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Identify client needs and open accounts, issue ATM cards, transfer funds, and perform account maintenance.
• Resolve client issues by direct action or referral to other branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and act on them.
• Other duties as assigned.
