Androscoggin Bank’s South Paris branch is hiring a Client Service Representative full time. Interact with clients, open accounts, and support daily banking needs with accuracy and a friendly, solution‑oriented approach.

You’ll complete teller tasks after training, work with a small team, and grow through training and benefits. Prior banking experience isn’t required, but strong customer service and communication skills help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform detail oriented work with accuracy.
• Willingness to learn banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Receives deposits and payments, processes transactions accurately.
• Handles checking/savings accounts and performs teller duties after training.
• Documents client interactions in the CRM system.
• Identifies client needs and recommends suitable products or services.
• Assists customers with mortgage, loans and investment referrals when appropriate.
