Qualifications

• Interest and experience in customer service and working knowledge of Windows.
• Banking knowledge and routine transactions, including account opening.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with identifying financial needs and promote additional products/services.
• Refer customers for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other services.
• Support branch goals in deposits and loans and build community relationships.
• Process transactions promptly and provide courteous, professional service.
• Deliver effective resolutions and follow up on inquiries.
