Job summary

You will handle teller tasks after training, open accounts, and provide solutions-based service. Build relationships with clients and identify their banking needs while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn teller processing software.
• Desire and ability to learn many products/services and thoroughly explain their features and benefits.
• Ability to identify customer needs, recommend applicable products/services and close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and help them with their banking and financial needs.
• After training, complete teller functions and open new checking and savings accounts/services.
• Provide outstanding solutions-based service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Document client interactions using Client Relationship Management System.
• Develop skills for duties such as opening accounts, vault cash, ATM processing, and more.
