Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies and prepares required account documentation based on client needs and registration (new account opening, gifting, retitling assets).
• Processes money movement with custodians (wires, journals, ACH transfers, checks, standing instructions, and security transfers) and ensures accurate settlement.
• Performs account maintenance (registration, title changes, beneficiary updates, bank link, standing instruction changes) and resolves issues.
• Processes cash and securities gifting for client requests, coordinates cost basis and transfer details; tracks gifts to completion.
• Contacts outside advisors, custodians and others for assistance.
• Handles administrative tasks, attends required internal meetings and training sessions for technical development.
• Monitors client profitability through TimeTracker entries and attends team/firm meetings.
