Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Client Services Specialist to provide entry-level administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers and the Client Service Officer team.

You’ll be the first contact for routine client requests and assist with account documentation. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling meetings, preparing confidential correspondence, maintaining customer credit files, assisting with new account processes, and ensuring forms

Qualificações

• Entry-level administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers and Client Service Officer team.
• Initial point of contact for routine client requests and helps collect and organize account documentation.
• Escalates non-routine items, documentation exceptions, or potential compliance concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone, direct calls, screen and relay messages for relationship managers.
• Schedule and coordinate calendar of appointments, including in-person and virtual meetings.
• Prepare correspondence, including confidential and sensitive information.
• Greet customers and visitors, provide information, and act as a bridge between relationship managers and internal departments.
• Support ongoing client relationships by following up on contacts and maintaining communications.
• Assist with preparing new account, loan, and account maintenance documentation by collecting information and routing items for review.
• Ensure forms are completed timely by following checklists and workflows for account opening, closing, and maintenance; escalate exceptions.
• Understand basic consumer and business deposit account types and convey disclosures; refer complex questions to Relationship Manager.
• Maintain and update customer credit files and assist with operational tasks like funding, statements, and checks.
• Support daily operational tasks such as credit inquiries and scanning, while handling special projects as needed.
• Maintain data in Credit-Management System and ensure timely receipt of financial statements.
• Assist with account review preparation by compiling statements and reports.
• Review overdraft or exception reports and escalate actions per procedures.
• Collect banking transaction requests from clients and route to appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and applicable laws and regulations.
