You’ll use AI tools daily to optimize workflows and deliver real numbers in interviews—then drive throughput and client outcomes with radical transparency and a high say-do ratio.

Responsibilities

• You run the setting operation. Both pods, the scripts, the numbers, the people.
• Every client we have is paying for showed appointments. You are accountable for that number every single week.
• You hire, you train, you cut, and you rebuild the process when it stops working.
