Job summary

Fondako Media LLC. seeks a dynamic Head of Client Scheduling to lead the setting operation across all pods, scripts, numbers and people. You’ll own weekly show-volume targets, hire and train staff, and continuously rebuild processes to keep performance advancing.

You’ll use AI tools daily to optimize workflows and deliver real numbers in interviews—then drive throughput and client outcomes with radical transparency and a high say-do ratio.
