Job summary

Linear Agency is seeking a Growth Marketing Pod Leader to own the next pod. You will lead a small autonomous growth team, driving client success, communication, and strategy to deliver profitable outcomes for our clients.

You’ll manage 6–8 people, coach and upskill the team, ensure deadlines, and foster a high-performance culture while delivering scalable growth through Meta ads and creative strategy.

Qualifications

• Exceptional client success and communication at world-class level.
• Experience managing teams and leading pod-level performance.
• Strong Meta ads experience for DTC brands (Google Ads a plus).
• Ability to upsell and persuade while maintaining client trust.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the pod’s client success, communication, and retention.
• Lead 6–8 team members including media buyers and creatives.
