Job summary

Pave Talent is seeking a client-facing role to own the relationships and the delivery pipeline for a fast-growing podcast production agency serving physician-led health brands across the US.

You will manage 20–25 weekly shows, from onboarding through delivery, coordinating with dedicated video editing and copywriting teams once briefs are given. This is a fast-moving, high-volume environment requiring strong organizational skills and independent client management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large portfolio of podcast productions in an agency setting.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to own and drive the delivery pipeline from onboarding to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of 20–25 weekly client shows from onboarding through delivery.
• Coordinate with production and copywriting teams to ensure timely episodes.
• Manage 20+ concurrent weekly productions in ClickUp and be the primary contact for physician/health-professional clients.
