Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an Associate Client Executive Commercial Risk to manage and service complex commercial accounts at a strategic level. The role focuses on developing and retaining consultative client relationships and educating clients on coverage options.

Responsibilities include renewals, submissions, and risk assessments, while leveraging insurance architecture and industry knowledge to align with client operations. CPAU/CIC/CRM/ARM preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification(s): None required; CPCU, CIC, CRM, or ARM preferred.
• Licenses: Maintains required state licenses to provide service and risk transfer solutions; able to obtain missing licenses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and retains large, complex clients through deep risk understanding and effective communication with clients.
• Develops trusted partnerships with insurance company partners and broker representatives.
• Leads client renewal discussions including coverage and pricing comparisons, and loss experience.
• Prepares complex submissions for the marketplace with loss picks and exposure information.
• Assesses audits for accuracy between client and insurer audit teams.
• Builds relationships with clients, partners, brokers, and firm leaders with integrity and expertise.
• Shares insurance expertise to advise and train colleagues.
