Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Commercial Risk to serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers. You will manage commercial insurance programs, renewals, and day-to-day service inquiries, ensuring compliance and delivering a consistent Peace of Mind client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field.
• Current state license required (Property & Casualty).
• 2-4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver presentations to decision-makers and clients.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams or third-party partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact, communicating updates and recommendations.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored coverage solutions.
• Lead renewal processes by presenting coverage options and benchmarking.
• Manage client service calendar including onboarding, renewals, and policy documentation.
• Ensure programs comply with federal and state regulations and oversee related filings.
• Coordinate with carriers to negotiate contracts and manage policy activity.
