Prudential Financial's PGIM unit is seeking an Analyst in Newark to support Client Reporting with a focus on process improvement, automation, and data needs for institutional and retail clients globally.

The role requires collaboration with Technology teams and experience with direct lending private credit, SQL, and data structures. Hybrid work includes three days in Newark and two remote days.

Qualifications

• 4 years of asset management work experience.
• Experience with direct lending private credit.
• Experience with Wall Street Office, Aladdin, Vermilion, or ability to learn other tools quickly.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Understanding data flows and database structure.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, information systems, technology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting for institutional, retail, and affiliate clients globally.
• Improve clarity and usefulness of major reporting deliverables.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce cycle time and manual effort.
• Serve as liaison between Client Reporting and Technology groups.
• Manage competing projects and anticipate potential deadlines.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners.
• Stay informed on industry initiatives and market trends.
