PGIM Operations in Newark, NJ, is seeking an Analyst in Investment Operations to support day-to-day portfolio processing across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives. You'll partner with brokers, custodians, fund accountants, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely settlement, reconciliation, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, information systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsabilités

• Settlements & Transaction Support: coordinate with brokers, custodians and internal partners to ensure accurate and timely processing; resolve settlement exceptions and failed trades.
• Reconciliations & Exception Management: perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations; investigate breaks and escalate issues.
• Asset Servicing & Portfolio Support: process dividends, interest payments, corporate actions and other lifecycle events; ensure timely servicing.
• Derivatives, Margin & Collateral Support: supervise derivative operations, monitor margin and collateral; investigate related exceptions.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: analyze operational data, identify trends, and support corrective actions.
• Process Improvement & Automation: participate in automation and workflow enhancement projects to improve efficiency and controls.
