Job summary

The role focuses on delivering client reports, questionnaires, and fund-level materials while coordinating across internal teams from Newark, NJ in a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in asset management, hands-on experience with reporting systems, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of asset management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Complete client reports and data for due diligence questionnaires and presentations, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Respond to ad hoc client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Review reporting and processes to identify opportunities to improve and automate scheduled reporting.
• Handle multiple tasks while meeting strict client deadlines.
• Anticipate issues that could affect reporting timelines and take proactive action.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Stay updated on industry initiatives and market trends.
