Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a candidate for the PGIM Client Reporting Group focusing on process improvements, automation, and data needs for client reports and ad hoc requests across global clients.

The role collaborates with Technology and other teams and requires experience with direct lending private credit, SQL, and data-focused tasks. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in Newark, NJ and two days remote, with opportunities for bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 4 years of asset management work experience.
• Knowledge of alternative products including direct lending private credit.
• Experience with systems such as Wall Street Office, Aladdin, Vermilion or ability to learn other tools quickly.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Understanding of data flows and database structure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Client Reporting team members, client managers, and internal stakeholders to improve reporting deliverables.
• Identify high-friction reporting processes and lead initiatives to reduce cycle time or manual effort through better tooling or automation.
• Serve as a liaison between Client Reporting and Technology groups.
• Manage competing projects and issues.
• Anticipate issues that may affect reporting deadlines and mitigate risks.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Keep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends.
