You will develop and execute strategic initiatives, analyze markets and competitors, and support senior leaders with recommendations. The role offers exposure to asset management and potential mentoring from senior executives.

Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office) with opportunities to influence core priorities in global asset management and corporate development efforts.

Qualifications

• BA required with strong academic background.
• 2-4 years of experience in internal strategy, management consulting, or banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop problem statements and structure problem solving approaches to PGIM’s most critical challenges.
• Establish the fact-base to aid in answering the senior management’s most pressing questions.
• Conduct strategic analyses of markets, competitors, products, and client segments to identify growth opportunities across PGIM's global investment businesses.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior executives, management committees, and board-level discussions.
• Lead competitor intelligence, industry benchmarking, and thematic research initiatives covering traditional and alternative asset management.
• Support corporate development, partnership evaluation, and business planning efforts through commercial due diligence and financial analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives with investment, distribution, finance, and corporate leadership teams to drive execution of key priorities
