Job summary

First Onsite, LLC is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support our National Sales team with onboarding, data preparation for marketing plans, sales reporting, and a range of administrative duties that keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with National and Regional Sales, ensure Salesforce CRM data accuracy, assist with proposals and RFPs, and help maintain brand consistency across presentations, collateral, and events while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• 3+ years of Restoration industry experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience with a strong client focus.
• Promptly address customer needs and escalated issues quickly.
• Support and collaborate with the sales team, including National and Regional members to ensure a cohesive sales environment.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with proposals and RFPs.
• Ensure Salesforce (CRM) data is accurate and up to date.
• Partner with Marketing to maintain brand consistency in presentations, collateral, and events.
• Manage client portals and perform related administrative tasks (data entry, expense reports, event logistics).
• Travel up to 10%, including overnight and extended disaster site assignments as needed.
