Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Manager of Sales to lead and scale a dynamic sales team. You will prospect, close new business, and expand wallet share with existing clients, while guiding a high-impact sales plan designed to exceed goals.

You will work closely with National and Regional teams, leveraging Salesforce as the primary tracking tool, and you will recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure commitments with operations and drive RFP outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution-based sales experience.
• 4+ years in sales leadership.
• Proven success driving new business and exceeding revenue goals.
• Bachelor's degree and Salesforce knowledge preferred.
