Job summary

First Onsite - US is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the National Sales team with onboarding, data organization for marketing plans, sales reporting, and various administrative duties. You will ensure superior client experiences and maintain Salesforce CRM and client portals, while collaborating closely with National and Regional sales teams.

The role requires 3+ years in administrative or sales support, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and preferred Restoration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• 3+ years of Restoration industry experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience with a strong client focus
• Promptly address customer needs and Escalate issues quickly
• Support and collaborate with the sales team, including National and Regional members to ensure a cohesive sales environment
• Participate in client meetings and assist with proposals and RFPs
• Ensure Salesforce (CRM) data is accurate and up to date
• Partner with Marketing to maintain brand consistency in presentations, collateral, and events
• Manage client portals and perform related administrative tasks (data entry, expense reports, event logistics)
• Travel up to 10%, including overnight and extended disaster site assignments as needed
