JPMorgan Chase in the United States searches for a Relationship Banker to represent our brand and culture with hospitality, using Chase technology to offer solutions that meet clients’ financial needs.

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships, advising on banking products, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations while delivering excellent service in the branch setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations—deliver attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and address clients’ needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect clients with our experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
