Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the backbone of administrative support for our National Sales team. You will ensure a seamless client onboarding process, organize data for marketing plans, support sales reporting, and handle various administrative duties that contribute to our overall success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• 3+ years of Restoration industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience with a strong client focus
• Promptly address customer needs and escalations
• Support and collaborate with the sales team, including National and Regional members
• Participate in client meetings and assist with proposals and RFPs
• Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and up to date
• Partner with Marketing to maintain brand consistency in materials and events
• Manage client portals and related administrative tasks
• Travel up to 10%, including overnight and disaster site assignments
