First Onsite in the United States is seeking a Client Relationship Manager who serves as the backbone of administrative support for the National Sales team. You will ensure seamless onboarding, prepare data for marketing plans, support sales reporting, and handle various duties that drive customer satisfaction from day one.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• 3+ years of Restoration industry experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience with a strong client focus
• Promptly address customer needs and escalate issues quickly
• Support and collaborate with the sales team, including National and Regional members to ensure a cohesive sales environment
• Participate in client meetings and assist with proposals and RFPs
• Ensure Salesforce (CRM) data is accurate and up to date
• Partner with Marketing to maintain brand consistency in presentations, collateral, and events
• Manage client portals and perform related administrative tasks (data entry, expense reports, event logistics)
• Travel up to 10%, including overnight and extended disaster site assignments as needed
