Job summary

Rea, a growing Ohio-based advisory and accounting firm, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for assigned clients, develop relationships, and drive cybersecurity strategy and IT budgets.

You will collaborate with engineers and delivery teams to grow the sales pipeline, renew recurring revenue, and manage proposals through to delivery, including quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of successful sales/customer management experience in IT.
• Travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account manager for assigned clients and build lasting relationships.
• Develop cyber security strategy, IT budgets, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers and delivery teams to craft proposals and manage implementations.
• Identify opportunities to renew recurring revenue and sell new projects.
